Annual Review Fees Change for Proprietary Companies

The annual review fee for proprietary companies is currently $226.50. However, ASIC does offer a discount if several years are paid in advance.

It is important to note that if you pay several years in advance, you will not be able to claim the entire cost as a tax deduction in the year of payment due to the prepayment rules. So it is important to weigh the saving obtained from the discount against the cost resulting from the loss of money until you can recover it through the tax system.
